Who can be nominated
Their title has nothing to do with it. Their impact does.
Anyone currently working within, or making a direct contribution to construction, infrastructure or the built-environment sector.
They might be a CEO, a project manager, a superintendent, a supervisor, a foreman, a tradesperson or the person everyone turns to when things get hard. Nominees can work at any level and do not need to hold a formal leadership title.
Self-nominations are welcome and are assessed against the same criteria as every other nomination.
What we are looking for
Real stories, not job descriptions.
Strong nominations provide clear examples of how the nominee:
- supports and develops others
- listens and builds trust
- handles difficult conversations respectfully
- remains composed under pressure
- resolves challenges or conflict constructively
Nominations are assessed on the substance of the examples, not the writing style.
Some of the most important things a leader does will never be recognised.
Building someone's confidence. Helping them step into a bigger role. Making them feel like they belong. Top 100 Leaders exists to make that work visible.
